Sherlock Holmes’ eventyr

I.A SCANDAL IN BOHEMIATo Sherlock Holmesshe is alwaysthe woman.

I have seldom heard himmention herby any other name.

In his eyes, she outshinesand stands aboveall other women.

It was not thathe felt any emotionsimilar to lovefor Irene Adler.

All emotions, and that one particularly, were hatefulto his cold, precise, but perfectly balanced mind.

He was,I believe, the most perfectreasoning and observing machinethat the world has seen, but as a lover,he would have beencompletely out of place.
