Sherlock Holmes’ eventyr

I.A SCANDAL IN BOHEMIATo Sherlock Holmesshe is alwaysthe woman.

I have rarely heard himmention herby any other name.

In his eyes, she is more importantand more powerfulthan all other women.

It was not thathe felt any emotionlike lovefor Irene Adler.

All emotions, and that one especially, were hatedby his cold, exact, but perfectly balanced mind.

I believehe was the most perfect machinefor thinking and observingthat the world has seen, but as a loverhe would have beenin the wrong place.
